Samsung supports the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus with LTPO Premium Display

The leaks continue to reveal more details about the Galaxy S24 line of phones, with the latest leaks pointing to Samsung's plans to support the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus phones with distinctive LTPO displays.

Samsung first introduced LTPO screens in the Galaxy S21 Ultra as this technology allows for better refresh rate control, unlike the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 PLus versions that ship traditional fixed refresh rate screens.

Samsung continues to support big launches with traditional screens, but recent "Ice Universe" leaks have confirmed Samsung's plans to expand the use of LTPO technology in its upcoming Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus phones.

LTPO technology should impact always-on power consumption when the screen is in sleep mode.

Leaks released via Ice Universe also confirmed that Samsung supports the Galaxy S24 series with thin bezels.

It should be noted that the details received so far have not yet confirmed the display quality specifications for the screens of the next versions and whether Samsung will continue to support these versions with FHD+ display quality or if this could be postponed. Now you can click on the latest versions with QHD+ display quality.

On the other hand, previous reports have confirmed that the Korean giant is not planning any changes to the selfie camera specs of the Galaxy S24 phones, so Samsung is likely to use 12-megapixel sensors again.
